AstralBlueprint (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and services.

We may collect your name, email address, birth data (date, time window, place), preferences from our questionnaire, and technical data such as IP address or device information as processed by our hosting or analytics providers.

2. How we use information

We use your information to generate and deliver your report, send transactional or service emails, improve our product, comply with law, and—with your consent where required—marketing. Reports are produced using automated systems including AI-generated content; see our Terms for disclaimers.

3. AI processing

Inputs you provide may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate your reading. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices. AI-generated content may be stored or logged as part of normal service operation; do not submit sensitive secrets or information you cannot share.

4. Consent and records

Where we ask you to agree to our Terms and this Policy before unlocking a report, we may store a record (including a timestamp) that you consented, for compliance and dispute resolution.

5. No sale of outcomes

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use processors (e.g. email, AI, hosting) under contracts that limit their use of data.

6. Digital products

Delivery of reports is electronic. Refer to our Terms for no refunds for digital products except where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
